Our team is covered by Workman’s Compensation and are fully insured. Our family is committed to making our client’s independence and comfort a priority so they can stay independent and enjoy every day to the fullest.
Our caregivers are chosen to work for Luba’s because they want to help others, build meaningful relationships with clients, and allow our clients to continue living at home with as much independence as possible. All of Luba’s caregivers are highly qualified, extremely dependable and experienced – with a positive work history. Only individuals meeting our high standards and work ethics are considered for employment. Before any caregiver is hired by Luba Services we verify Licenses and Certifications (including a valid MD Driver’s License), CPR / First Aid Certifications and the individual must be current with the latest Immunizations. We issue mandatory pre-employment drug-screenings as well as background checks and reference checks. All of our caregivers must undergo a yearly physical, participate in ongoing training and are subject to routine performance reviews.
